Shipping Policy

ACE & the HARMONY ship to most parts of the world. If you don't see your
location, shoot us an email, and we'll try to see if we can make it happen.

Denmark (Transit time: 1-2 business days from shipment notification). Free
shipping on orders above 1000 DKK. Shipping is 50 DKK for orders below 1000
DKK.

Europe (Transit time: 2-3 business days from shipment notification). Free
shipping on orders above €200. Shipping is €10 for orders below €200.

United Kingdom (Transit time: 1-3 business days from shipment notification).
Free shipping on orders above GBP 175. Shipping is GBP 10 for orders below
GBP 175. Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax, etc.) may be
added to your order depending on region and local customs duties. The
charges are at the customer’s own expense.

United States (Transit time: 3-5 business days from shipment notification). Free
shipping on orders above $300. Shipping is $25 for orders below $300. Prices
include all taxes and duties. This means that no additional costs will be added
to your order, except the potential shipping cost.

Rest of the world (Transit time approx. 3-7 business days from shipment
notification). Free shipping on orders over $300. Shipping is approx. $25 for
orders below $300, depending on the country.

Non-EU customers
Depending on the region and local customs duties, local charges (customs
duty, sales tax, etc.) may be added to your order. The costs are at the
customer’s own expense. Should the customer refuse the shipment, because of
duties and taxes, ACE & the HARMONY reserves the right to charge the
customer €20 in administration fee.
